In today's tutorial I will show you how to kickstart your experience with 3D Studio Max' Hair and Fur.
Let's create first a GeoSphere which will become a hairy GeoSphere :). Increase the number of segments if you want a smoother one.
Now go to the Modifier list and apply the Hair and Fur modifier (found under World-Space Modifiers).
