Start with a Box 100 x 35 x 90 with 1 Length Segment, 2 Width Segments and 2 Height Segments.

Convert the Box to an editable polygon or add an Edit Poly modifier. Go into polygon subobject mode (shortcut: "4"), select the top two polygons and delete them.
